International Photography Awards (IPA) Announces Winners 2010

September 2010, Los Angeles, CA.

As the world's premiere showcase of photographic talent, the IPA annually salutes the achievements of the world's finest photographers. Award-winning entries are presented in a celebration at the Alice Tully Theatre, Lincoln Center, New York on Wednesday, October 27, 2010.

Micronaut has been awarded 2nd place for his innovative works about pollen (see National Geographic article "Love is in the Air") in the 'Micro' category. In parallel, his composition of bursting moss capsules and the abstract view of an insect eye have both received the 'Honorable Mention' certificate in the 'fine art' category.
